Netsmart Technologies to Provide Software and Services to North Care Center

Contract Includes Clinical, Financial and Decision Support Solutions for Daily Operations and Strategic Planning

Netsmart Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ SC: NTST), a leading provider of enterprise-wide software for health and human services organizations, today announced it has entered into a $520,000 contract with North Care Center of Oklahoma City, Okla. for software and professional services.

Under the agreement, North Care Center will license the Netsmart CMHC/MIS software suite for use by staff in a wide variety of key agency operations, including scheduling, billing, treatment planning and reporting.

“After considering a number of potential software providers, we selected Netsmart because of the comprehensive nature of their offerings, their ability to assess and understand our business and clinical requirements, and their leadership in our industry,” said Butch Rice, chief financial officer, North Care Center.

North Care Center is a private, non-profit organization providing a wide range of community-based counseling and support services to individuals and families throughout Oklahoma. North Care Center’s professional staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, nurses, case managers, parent aides and mentors.

In addition to the core Netsmart CMHC/MIS functionality, North Care intends to utilize Netsmart’s ACCEOS® solution for decision support solution and Integrated Records Management System (IRMS) image conversion services.
