Netsmart Technologies Selected to Provide Software and Services to Atlanticare Behavioral Health Systems
$545,000 Agreement Designed to Help Streamline Clinical and Management Processes

Netsmart Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ SC: NTST), a leading provider of enterprise-wide software for health and human services organizations, today announced that it has been awarded a $545,000 software and services contract by AtlantiCare Behavioral Health, based in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. The agreement is to be performed over a one-year period and includes licensed software, professional services, and software maintenance.
AtlantiCare will utilize Netsmart’s Avatar suite of software to enhance clinical and business operations. The agency serves more than 14,000 consumers within 17 sites, and is the largest provider of behavioral health and family care services in Southeast New Jersey.
AtlantiCare will use Avatar Practice Management for client tracking, scheduling and reporting, and Avatar Clinical Workstation for client assessment, treatment planning and progress notes. Netsmart will also provide system management, security and reporting capabilities.
In addition to Avatar, Netsmart will provide AtlantiCare with project management, data conversion, installation and training, disaster recovery, and HL7 implementation services on an ongoing basis.
