Medical Biller’s Day in Minnesota is March 25, 2010

Minneapolis, MN (March 24, 2010) –

The Governor’s office recognizes the importance of Medical Billers who provide a much needed service to all healthcare providers and are a vital segment of the healthcare industry.

Golden Valley, MN on January 13, 2010: At the request of Billings Buddies Medical Billing, (located in Golden Valley, MN), in conjunction with the American Medical Billing Association (located in Davis, OK), The Honorable Governor Tim Pawlenty Wednesday, March 25, 2010, to be “Medical Biller’s Day”.

Other Healthcare professionals have long had a special day to celebrate their contribution to the Medical Profession (i.e Doctor’s Day, Nurse’s Day, Etc.). Now Medical Biller’s will also be recognized for their efforts and loyalty to the Medical Billing Profession.

I would like to make this proclamation known, so that employers (i.e. Doctor’s Offices, Hospitals, Billing Services, etc), as well as co-workers and patients, can take advantage of this special day to let their Medical Biller know they are appreciated.
