gMed is very proud to announce that gMed’s team scored an A on Implementation of its application on the most recent KLAS Ambulatory EHR study. This challenging result was only achieved by a select group of companies surveyed by KLAS

The report also shows 82% satisfaction rate among gMed users, with a healthy improvement over 2009 performance. gMed was the only GI Specific EHR company reported by KLAS.

Each rated product received an overall letter grade. These letter grades reflect the products’ KLAS performance scores, which are based on direct client feedback and are composed of 25 different performance indicators. In addition to each overall grade, individual grades are shown for three key performance areas. These areas include Implementation, Service, and Product Quality. The data contained comes from a random sampling of the EMR vendors’ clients.
