gMed is proud to announce and welcome its new Vice
President of Sales and Business Development, Daniel Ghelman and its new Vice
President of Product Development Bruce Kantelis to the Senior Management Team.
Daniel Ghelman is a seasoned professional with practical experience in diverse senior
management positions in large public corporations such as Motorola and Procter &
Gamble. His successful experience includes multinational sales management, strategy
and marketing working with various types of organizations in different vertical markets.
Daniel has lived in Buenos Aires, Caracas, Chicago, Florida and Tokyo serving
customers all around the world. During his most recent assignment, he was president of
a Motorola subsidiary in Japan. He holds a BA in Psychology and a MBA from the
University of Illinois at Chicago.
Bruce Kantelis has more than 20 years of leadership experience managing enterprise
software development initiatives and guiding companies through the change
management process. An accomplished corporate strategist and technologist, his vision
and expertise in aligning technology initiatives with strategic business needs have
driven notable growth and improvement in companies. Offering a rare blend of technical
and operational strengths, Bruce has achieved exciting company and product
turnarounds and is recognized for his success in growing sales and profits. Bruce
recently served as a Vice President for Fortune 20 McKesson Corp., where his mobile
product strategy and products were awarded a Gartner Group Magic Quadrant Award.
His achievements have been featured in Application Development Trends Magazine,
Computerweek, and Infoworld. Bruce has served on the Sprint Advisory Board and the
Toshiba Advisory Board and received a BA degree in Business Administration from
Boston University.
