Specialized Solution Will Support Each Organization’s Goals to Optimize Clinical Workflows and Streamline Operations
GREAT RIVER, N.Y. (February 15, 2012) – Netsmart, the leading provider of clinical solutions for health and human services organizations nationwide, today announced that Netsmart’s TIER® (Totally Integrated Electronic Record) electronic health record (EHR) solution was selected by four health and human services providers. Interface Children & Family Services of Camarillo, Calif., Hope by the Sea of Laguna Niguel, Calif., Quapaw House, Inc. of Hot Springs, Ark., and St. Louis Regional Psychiatric Stabilization Center of St. Louis, Mo., all selected Netsmart’s Complete ARRA-certified TIER family of clinical and practice management solutions to provide them the highest level of care coordination and operational efficiencies.
TIER is designed to meet the specialized needs of substance use treatment and social services agencies, private inpatient psychiatric hospitals, child and family services agencies and small to mid-size behavioral health provider organizations. TIER is easily adopted by providers and serves as a valuable tool in enhancing their quality of care. It also provides clinicians with tools for reduced paperwork, improved compliance and easier reporting, leading to increased reimbursements, more treatment hours and allowing organizations to improve outcomes and the consumer experience for those served.
“TIER provides benefits that are ideal for targeted health and human services providers to enhance clinical workflows, make operational processes more efficient and improve revenue cycle management,” said Michael Valentine, chief executive officer, Netsmart. “It is because of these benefits that we acquired the TIER solution as an ideal addition to our family of solutions. These recent wins further validate our belief that adding these solutions and very talented people would accelerate our journey on many fronts.”
