EHR Company Employees Roll up Sleeves to Build Children’s Accessible Playground

Electronic Health Record Company participates in AAOS Playground Build

Las Vegas, Nevada (February 24, 2009) – Employees of ChartLogic, the leading Electronic Health Records (EHR) Company in orthopaedics, played a part in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Playground Build 2009.

ChartLogic V.P. of Marketing, Eric Sorenson and ChartLogic Sales Executive, Bob Burns, rolled up their sleeves along with hundreds of other orthopaedic industry representatives, orthopaedic surgeons and community volunteers to help in the construction of a new play structure for the children of Las Vegas. Experienced project managers on site oversaw the Las Vegas Playground Build.

The new playground – Nevada Partners – 710 West Lake Mead Road – North Las Vegas – built in a single day by kindhearted volunteers will provide a place for children, with and without disabilities, to play together and enjoy for many years to come.

The day before the Academy’s 76th Annual Meeting began at 7:00 a.m. and the work wrapped up at 3:00 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

“ChartLogic appreciates the opportunity to help communities through the AAOS Playground Build program,” said ChartLogic CEO Zubin Emsley.

The award-winning Safe, Accessible Playground building program provides an opportunity to visibly support playground safety and give something back by helping with the construction of a safe and wheelchair-accessible play structure for the children of Las Vegas.
