CareCloud Appoints Joseph P. Sawyer as Vice President of Marketing
MIAMI (June 06, 2012) – CareCloud, a leading provider of web-based practice management, electronic healthcare record (EHR) and medical billing software and services, today announced that it has appointed Joseph P. Sawyer as Vice President of Marketing. In his new role, Mr. Sawyer will oversee CareCloud’s marketing and channel development efforts. He will be a member of the Company’s leadership team reporting to President and CEO Albert Santalo.

Prior to his joining CareCloud, Mr. Sawyer was Vice President of Marketing at American Well, a leading telehealth technology company, where he was responsible for all corporate marketing functions, as well as its consumer marketing group, which brings telehealth services to end users, consumers, and providers in close partnership with customers.

Before American Well, Joe was responsible for industry business development for multiple strategic product lines at SAP. Joe joined SAP after several years at Accenture and Forrester Research, where he was one of the first analysts to shape the growth of consumer eCommerce.
