gMed Announces Practice Management Initiative
gMed announces an aggressive Practice Management initiative to launch its proprietary Practice Management solution.
Weston, FL (November 01, 2010) –
gMed announces an aggressive Practice Management initiative to launch its proprietary Practice Management solution. The product will be fully integrated with gMed’s EHR under a single database and will include full Practice Management capabilities at no additional licensing cost.
“The market demands single-database solutions at competitive pricing”, said Joe Rubinsztain, MD, gMed’s CEO. “Smart practices understand that interfaced systems are hard to maintain and fail to deliver enough savings to compensate for decreased reimbursements. Our product will complete the circle for medical office automation and will solidify gMed’s position as the leader in specialty EHRs.”
During the transition and in order to accelerate HITECH reimbursement, gMed is offering standard Practice Management interfaces at no additional cost (*). The new application is scheduled for testing during 2011 and will be released to the general public in early 2012.
