Alteer CEO, Jason Patchen, named finalist for the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.

IRVINE, CA (May 08, 2008) –

Alteer and American Healthcare Holdings (AHH) CEO, Jason Patchen, MBA, ACHE, was selected from about 100 nominations as a finalist by a panel of independent judges comprised of regional business, academic and community leaders. The Ernst & Young program celebrates entrepreneurs and the businesses they build and grow and is considered the most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. It acknowledges those who demonstrate extraordinary success in innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

“I am extremely honored to be considered for this most esteemed entrepreneurial award from Ernst & Young, especially given the number of exceptional business leaders in our community,” Patchen said. “My recognition here is truly a reflection of the efforts and achievements of the entire AHH team who I am privileged to lead.”

Award winners will be announced at a special gala event on June 5, 2008 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando. Regional award winners are eligible for consideration in the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year national program–the winners of which will be announced at a black-tie event in Palm Springs, California in November of this year. The national Entrepreneur of The Year celebration is part of Ernst & Young’s Strategic Growth Forum, an annual gathering of high-growth, market-leading companies.
