ChartLogic was founded in 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah as Task Technologies. In 2003, the company name was changed to ChartLogic, Inc. ChartLogic helps medical practices increase efficiency by eliminating paper chart management. ChartLogic provides customizable easy-to-use EMR solutions that address the needs of physicians and facilitate a digital medical practice. Chartlogic offers two comprehensive solutions that include electronic medical records, medical billing software, document management, and interactive patient education.

ChartLogic EMR Solution

ChartLogic EMR was one fo the first EMR systems in the industry. The goal of ChartLogic EMR was to allow doctors to capture clinical data without changing their workflow.
